Putting it in a simple word we believe we differ from others in QUALITY. The quality is implemented in every possible way in the whole music. It starts from a sound and meaningful lyrics , then the composition , then the tunes for the song and then the clarity and quality in sound both in terms of vocal as well as instrumental processing. Again our albums pass through a considerable Quality Assurance testing in terms while we master the multiple tracks in a complete song.

Frist of all we want to make the music available to oriya music listener worldwide. So that some one when wishes will have a chance to play or dance with quality oriya music with proud rather feeling shortage of this.

Second we feel that we should represent the culture of orissa through good music in this globalized world in a presentable and better way.

Instead of buying a particular CD can I order a customized CD which can have my own select songs ?

Yes , in order to provide you the highest quality of service and option , we are coming up with an option for customizing and creating your own CDs. Once we are completed with the first phase of production we will enlist the songs and then you can choose at most 8 songs per CD to create your own CD known as APANANKA PASAND.

Can I buy Albums from anywhere else other than OriyaCD.com ?
|
|
No. We don't have any authorized seller/retailer yet. Unless we do specify in this website or in our partner's website about our selling , please don't buy CDs from anywhere else as those may be the pirated copies. We do carry few onsite selling in mega Oriya Functions around the world. But if it is so we will mention about it. At this moment we are selling the albums through this website only.

Though not directly but through its parent company ( AP Arts International LLC ) OriyaCD.com is tied up with www.oriyamusic.com (One of the leading Oriya music portal ) . We also welcome other interested organization to join with us for promoting the culture, music and dance of orissa.

How do I pay or what is the mode of payment ?

You can pay through your Paypal account or if you don't have paypal account then still you can make your payment through Visa, Master, American Express,Discover Credit card.

We also accept the payment through personal checks when we take your telephonic order. But the CDs will be dispatched to you only after we receive the check and get cleared.

Will I have to pay Sales Tax ?

|
No for online transaction you don't have to pay any sales tax. But if you pay us by check then definitely we will charge
you 6% of the Sales amount as New Jersey Sales Tax. We also charge this sales tax if we carry on spot selling.

All About Shopping Cart

How do I add items to shopping cart ?
|
|
There is a Add To Cart button against each CD Description either in the Catalogue section or the Detail Window Section ( This small window appears when you click on a CD title or CD Cover Image ).
To include this CD in your purchase list just click on this Add To Cart and you will be confirmed about it. To view the CD details in your Shopping Cart you can click View Cart.

How will I order multiple quantities of a particular CD ?
|
- Simply add the CD to the shopping Cart
- When you are done with you shopping and ready to check out view your shopping cart.
You will see there is a text button under Qty heading against each CD in your Shopping Cart. Just specify that with whatever the quantity you want to order and hit Update Cart link. You will see the re-calculated Shopping Cart details.
- Then Proceed to check out.

How do I remove any items from the shopping Cart ?
|
|
To remove the CD(s) from the Shopping Cart , go to shopping cart ( by clicking View Cart link ) and check the CDs you want to remove under heading Remove and then click Update Cart . You will see your shopping cart is updated .

About Shipping the CDs.
|
|
Where are you shipping the CDs ?
|
At present we are shipping the CDs only to USA and Canada. But followings are the few ongoing options we are currently working on. We will soon make it available to international customers ( other than USA and Canada ) through our downloading option instead of shipping the CDs. But if the customer wish to pay the shipping cost then we can ship the CDs to other countries.
Note : International Customers other than India must contact Us before placing an order.

When can I expect the CDs after I place an order ?
|
|
We ship every tuesday and saturday. Once your payment is confirmed ( in case of check payment , you must wait till your check is cleared ), we will ship your order on the following tuesday or saturday whichever is earlier. Again the shipping of the order is subject to availability of CDs in our stock otherwise we will make adjustment to your order.

Are these CDs going to be released in India or Orissa ?
|
|
Yes we will release our Albums, CDs in Orissa and in other parts of India
for our loving oriya customers who love music. But this is going to be in our second phase
of release. We will make it available in retail stores and we will announce about it. But if somebody is ready to pay for
the postage then definitely we will ship the CDs to the addressee. In the metros like Calcutta, New Delhi and
Mumbai and cities like Hyderabad, Bangalore, Baroda one will find our CDs/Albums/DVDs in the mega CD stores
like CD World. AP Arts will proudly represent the music of orissa in these stores.
